摘要
在现代工业中广泛使用着各种类型的涡轮机械 ,它们叶片的振动强度是研制过程中最复杂和最重要的问题。因此准确地测量叶片实际振动的频率和振幅成为涡轮机械的一个重要研究领域。文中介绍了旋转叶片传统的测量技术 ,以及近几年来欧美国家正在研究的非接触式旋转叶片振动测量技术叶端定时测量技术。
Turbines are widely used in the modern industry. Their blades vibration is one of the most complex and important problems in researching and manufacturing turbines. Therefore blade vibration measurement has consequently evolved into an important area of turbine engineering. Traditional method of rotor vibration measurement is introduced in this paper, and a new technology-noncontact optical tip-timing which has been researching in USA and Europe is presented. A measurement proposal of a particular applied device is discussed.
