间质微血管密度对胃癌的肿瘤生物学行为的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨胃癌间质微血管密度 ( MVD)和临床病理参数之间的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化方法 ( SP法 )对手术切除胃癌标本 74例及其癌旁正常组织 1 7例进行 MVD检测。结果 :胃癌间质 MVD明显高于癌旁正常组织 ( P<0 .0 1 )。MVD与淋巴结转移、癌浸润深度呈正相关。淋巴结转移、癌组织浸润到肌层以下者 ,其 MVD值明显高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :MVD是判定胃癌生长、浸润。 Objective:In order to explore the relationship between microvessel density (MVD) and clinical pathological characteristics in gastric carcinoma. Methods:The present study has been carried out in 74 cases of gastric carcinoma and 17 cases of corresponding non tumor normal gastric tissue obtained from clinical operation by the method of immunohistochemistry to investigate the MVD. Results: The density of tumor stromal microvessels was higher than that of corresponding non tumor normal gastric tissue ( P <0.01) . There were positive relationship between MVD and lymph node metastasis, tumor invasive ability. The MVD was strongly increased in the case of lymph node metastasis and under the muscular layer invaded( P <0.05). Conclusion: MVD is a significant marker to prognosticate growth ,invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
