本文分析了美国ＧＰＳ现代化的背景、内容及其影响；也分析了美国为了其政治、经济利益，宣布停止执行ＧＰＳ的ＳＡ政策； 其次对ＧＰＳ市场及在中国的发展趋势进行了综述， 最后对基于ＩＮＥＲＮＥＴ的ＧＰＳ－－网络ＧＰＳ的应用前景进行了展望。
The background, content and influence of America GPS modernization are analyzed in the paper. In the same time，America declare to cease implementing the SA policy of GPS for the sake of its politics and economy advantage are construed. Secondly, the article summarizes GPS market and its development direction in the china. Finally, the application foreground based on Internet GPS--- the network GPS are expected.
