磷氮霉素PN-2的分离鉴定及活性研究初报 被引量:6

摘要 在农用抗生素的筛选中 ,得到一株活性菌株 ,菌号为 Strep tomyces SPRI- 82 715 ,通过发酵、吸附、提取等手段分离得到 6个活性化合物 ,其中磷氮霉素 (PN- 2 )为主要成分。经过 UV、IR、MS、NMR等手段鉴定 ,该系列化合物的结构与文献报道的 phosphazomycin系列化合物相似。 In screening antibiotics for agricultural use, an active strain of Streptomyces SPRI 82715 was obtained and six compounds (PN 0, PN 1, PN 2, PN 3, PN 4, PN 5) with fungicidal activities were separated from the fermentation broth of the strain. The data of UV, IR, MS, NMR of the compound PN 2 have been analyzed, six substances belong to the classes of phosphazomycin. Identification of PN 2 was reported.
