摘要
采用紫云英琼脂管结瘤试验 ,在 10个供试的不同水稻品种中 ,仅从“汕优 6 3”和“珍A一代”2个品种的种子表面各分离筛选到在紫云英上结瘤较早且较多的 1个菌株 ,分别命名为SY6 3 4和ZA1D 3.采用无菌盆栽试验分别将这 2个菌株接种于 4个不同水稻品种“汕优 6 3”、“珍A一代”、“马协 6 3”及“博湛优 19” ,发现菌株ZA1D 3对 4种水稻均表现出显著的促生作用 ,SY6 3 4仅对“汕优 6 3”和“珍A一代”表现出明显的促生作用 .利用MPN法检测不同水稻品种根内外根瘤菌ZA1D 3和SY6 3 4的数量 ,发现ZA1D 3和SY6 3 4在 4种水稻根部的定殖数量也不相同 .SY6 3 4在“汕优 6 3”根部定殖的数量log (ncfu mFW - 1 /g- 1 )为 5 .2 0 ,比在其余 3种水稻根部高出 2个数量级 ;ZA1D 3在“珍A一代”根部定殖的最大数量log (ncfumFW- 1 /g- 1 )为 4.5 4,比在其余 3种水稻根部高出 1个数量级 .这说明SY6 3 4与“汕优 6 3”、ZA1D 3与“珍A一代”间存在着一定的亲和性 .图 1表 2参
Rhizobium astragalus strains named SY63-4 and ZA1D-3 were isolated and screened respectively from the non-surface sterilized seeds of rice cultivars 'Shan You 63' and 'Zhen A Yi Dai' by using Astragalus sinicus as the trap host. Strain ZA1D-3 significantly increased shoot and root growth of the 4 inoculated rice cultivars-'Shan You 63', 'Zhen A Yi Dai', 'Ma Xie 118-2' and 'BoZhanYou19' in sterile soil pot experiment. However, Strain SY63-4 only promoted the growth of 'Shan You 63'. The population of SY63-4 in rhizosphere of 'Shan You 63' 〔log (n cfum FW -1/g -1)=5.20〕 was higher than that in other cultivars by about 10 or 100 times. The population of ZA1D-3 in rhizosphere of 'Zhen A Yi Dai' 〔log (n cfum FW -1/g -1)=4.54〕 was higher than that in other cultivars by 10 times. Fig 1, Tab 2, Ref 12
