摘要
高科技园区是一种新的产业空间。本文以硅谷、新竹、新加坡等著名高科技园区为例 ,探讨了高科技园区营运和发展的特点 ,包括管理模式、土地开发机制、招商机制、发展路径、产业群的特点以及高科技园区工业化和城市化之间的相互关系。
High_tech park is a kind of new industrial space. Taking Silicon Valley, Hsinchu Science_based Industrial Park and Singapore JTC as cases, this paper studies some characteristics of operation and development of high_tech parks. These characteristics include management models, characteristics of development of land, mechanism of abstracting foreign investment, the path of development, characteristics of industrial clusters, and the interaction between industrialization and urbanization of high_tech parks.
