摘要 介绍了用 N,N-二甲基吡啶 (DMAP)为催化剂合成 N2· 9-二乙酰基鸟嘌呤的新方法 ,并对催化剂及其他因素的影响进行了研究。方法操作简便 ,反应时间短 ,产品收率达 76%。 A new synthetic method of N 2·9 diacetylguanine using N,N dimethylpridine (DMAP) as catalyst was studied The catalyst and other influencing factors were discussed The method had many advantages such as convenient operation,short reaction time and high yield (up to 76%).
