摘要
分析了铸造过程应力场模拟的研究现状 ,对反映合金在铸造条件下力学行为的本构模型进行了比较 ,着重介绍了统一内变量模型及流变学模型 ;讨论了件 /型相互作用、流场及材质各向异性等对应力场模拟的影响 ,指出了进一步研究的方向。
The different constitutive models were compared for casting alloys at high temperatures and mushy zones In this paper. The unified internal variable model and the rheological model were introduced particularly. The effects of other factors such as casting/mold interaction and fluid flow on the stress field modeling were also discussed. Some further suggestions were given .
