Studies on the synthesis of acrylic acid by carbonylation of acetylene under high pressure

摘要 考察了高压法乙炔羰基化合成丙烯酸的催化剂、反应条件及工艺。采用镍-铜盐复合催化剂,以四氢呋喃作溶剂,在180~200℃、8.0MPa压力条件下,用单管高压连续流动法测定了催化剂活性;乙炔的转化率达90%左右,丙烯酸的选择性为80%~85%,液相产物中丙烯酸的浓度为18%~20%,分离提纯后得到纯度为99%的丙烯酸,丙烯酸总回收率大于98%。 The carbonylation of acetylene under high pressure to synthesize acrylic acid is comprehensively investigated. As a result, it is more favourable that the mixture of nickel and cupric salts is used as the catalyst and tetrahydrofuran as the solvent for acetylene and the reaction medium. Furthermore, it is better to control the reaction temperature at 180-200℃ and the pressure at 8. 0 MPa. Under the described conditions , the reaction is carried out for a long period in the continuous flow tubular reactor,the conversion of acetylene is about 90%, the selectivity to acrylic acid ranges from 80% to 85% and the concentrations of acrylic acid in the liquid phase of product fluctuate around 19%. As for the separation and purification of the product, acrylic acid of 99% purity is obtained and its overall recovery is over 98% in the course of the separation and purification.
