CNJ202型甲醇催化剂在引进大型甲醇装置中的使用总结

摘要 介绍了CNJ202型甲醇催化剂在引进大型甲醇装置中的升温还原和运行情况,并在相同条件下与国外GL-104型甲醇催化剂的运行结果进行了比较。结果表明,CNJ202比GL-104的精甲醇总产量高12.3%,平均口产量高7.3%,甲醇产率高11.4%,运行时间长4.8%,粗醇中有机杂质含量(平均值)低47.2%。工业应用结果表明,该催化剂的主要性能已达到或超过国外同类催化剂80年代中期的水平,填补了国内空白,为大型新甲醇装置的建设奠定了基础。 The heating reduction and operation of CNJ202 methanol catalyst in the large-scale imported methanol unit are described and the comparison of the operating results of the catalyst with those of the foreign one GL - 104 has been made under the same conditions. The results show that the former is \2. 3% higher in the total production of the distilled methanol, 7. 3% higher in the average daily production, 11.4% higher in the methanol yield,4. 8% longer in the operation time and A7. 2% lower in the average content of the organic impurities of the raw alcohol. The commercial use has demonstrated that the properties of the catalyst is similar to those of the same kind of the foreign catalyst developed in the middle of 80' s. It has filled the gaps in this field in China and has laid a foundation for the building of the large- scale methanol plants.
