摘要
详细分析了谐振直流环节逆变器中直流母线零电压凹槽 (Zero -Voltage -Notch)的形成原理及其在系统输出电压中产生的偏差电压和对系统输出电压、输出电流的影响。用类似于硬开关中讨论开关死区对系统输出影响的方法 ,对该影响以及校正方法进行了深入的讨论 ,并得出了相关的结论 :母线零电压凹槽形成的输出电压偏差与系统输出电流没有关系 ,其校正方法简单和容易实现。最后 ,在一个实际的谐振直流环节三相PWM逆变器电路中 ,对有关的结论进行了实验验证。
This paper analyses the principle of forming the zero-voltage notch on dc-rail,and the influence of deviation voltage on system output in a Resonant DC Link PWM inverter With a similar way to analyse the influence of lag-time on system output in conventional hard-switching inverter,this paper discusses in detail the influence and compensation of the dc-rail zero-voltage notch And the conclusion is achieved that the compensation method is simple and easy to realize because the deviation voltage bears no relation to the direction of output-current of the inverter Finally,these conclusions are verified by some experiments in a practical dc-rail ZVT three-phase inverter
