摘要
对单级功率因数电路中的PFC电路及DC/DC电路工作在连续及不连续的边界条件进行了讨论 ,得出了电路工作状态的精确解 ,进而提出了一种全新利用普通控制芯片实现较高功率因数的Boost Forward单级功率因数校正电路。仿真及实验有力地证实了该电路有效地降低了储能电容的电压值 ,降低了开关应力 。
A single stage PFC rectifier with the DC/DC rectifier of the boundary conditions at CCM and DCM is discussed in the paper,and the precise solution of the working mode is got. Then a novel Boost forward single stage PFC scheme is proposed for the common control chip to get the high power factor.Simulation and experiment verify the circuit can decrease the voltage stresses of both capacitor and switch and increase the efficiency of the converter.
