摘要
食管癌,贲门癌病人围术期静脉营养中监测IgA、IgM、IgG及C_3、C_4。实验组32例术后输入20种6.06%结晶氨基酸溶液,每日入氮0.19± 0.03g/kg,与对照组6例输入不含氮溶液对比。发现IgA于输液后第10天有所增高,C_3于输液第7天后有增加(P<0.05),而对照组无此现象。输入20种氨基酸可能对肝脏合成免疫球蛋白IgA及补体C_3有促进作用。
The monitoring of IgA,IgM, IgG and C3, C4 during perioperative nutritional support in carcinoma of esophagus and gastric cardia were performed in experiment series 32 cases, through intravenous infusion of 20 crystalline amino acids solution with nitrogen input 0.19-0.03g·kg-1·d-1 and compared with 6 cases of control series who infused nitrogen free solution. It is found that in experiment series the serum IgA was increased during the 10th post infusion day, also there is increment of C3 on 7th post infusion day, but not in the control series. Intravenous infusion of 20 crystalline amino acids solution might promote the liver synthesis of immune globulin IgA and complement C3.
