简要介绍了建立城市交通指挥中心的总体要求 ,重点介绍了城市道路电视监控系统的构成要素和组成方式 ,并列举了几种光纤视频传输的方式。
This paper first briefs the overall requirements for building up a municipal traffic commanding center.Then focuses on the discussion of the key elements and constructionof the municipal traffic supervisory system.Finally,several optical fiber video transmission techniques are given in the paper.
