摘要
目的 建立苯扎溴铵消毒液中苯扎溴铵和亚硝酸钠含量的测定方法。方法 取浓度相同的两份苯扎溴铵消毒液 ,一份加入氨基磺酸铵和 1mol·L-1盐酸作为参比液 ,在 35 4 6nm测定亚硝酸钠的ΔA。取参比液 ,在波长2 6 2 2nm直接测定苯扎溴铵的含量。结果 亚硝酸钠在 0 4～ 2 5 0mg·ml-1浓度范围内 ,线性良好。RSD =0 3%。苯扎溴铵在 0 1～ 3 5 0mg·ml-1浓度范围内 ,线性良好 ,RSD为 1 0 %。结论 该法操作简便 ,灵敏 ,结果满意。
OBJECTIVE To establish a new method for determining the levels of benzalkonium bromide and sodium nitrite in benzalkonium bromide solution.METHODS Ammonium sulfamate and 1 mol·L -1 hydrochloric acid were added to the benzalkonium bromide solution,which was a reference solution.The level of sodium nitrite in the same benzalkonium bromide solution was measured at 354.6 nm wavelength by determining ΔA.Then the level of benzalkonium bromide in the reference solution was measured directly at 262.2 nm.RESULTS When the levels of sodium nitrite were bewteen 0.4～2.50 mg·ml -1,the method had good linear relationship between the absorbance and the concentration,and the RSD=0.3%.When the levels of benzalkonium bromide were bewteen 0.1～3.50 mg·ml -1,the method had good linear relationship between the absorbance and the concentration,and the RSD=1.0%.CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate and sensitive.It is suitable for determing the levels of benzalkonium bromide and sodium nitrite in benzalkonium bromide solution.
