摘要
“率”是中算的基本概念之一 ,率的比较说明了中国古代算术的基础 .率有分类和排序的功能 ,这些功能取决于“相与”规则 .相与既表示关系又表示逆关系 ,既包括同构关系也包括同态关系 .中算家试图将它们扩张为无穷的算术 ,从而发展出了一套与多项式理论相应的形式运算 .
As one of the fundamental conceptions in ancient Chinese mathematics,Lü explains the arithmetical basis.It functions as classifying,ordering and corresponding.These functions depend on the rules of XiangYu(相与) which means both relation and inverse relation,including both isomorphic and homomorphic relation.Ancient Chinese mathematicians had tried to extend them as for as infinite arithmetic,but the result turned out to be a set of formal operations corresponding to polynomial theory.
