摘要
介绍和分析了PSP的基本概念、作用和进化框架等内容 ,给出了PSP和CMM之间的联系 .CMM被软件业界公认为是当前最好的软件过程 ,PSP是CMM在软件工程师等级上的应用 ,是针对个体软件过程的改进 .
The capability maturity model (CMM) is considered as the best software process in the software industry.The personal software process (PSP) is an application of the principles of CMM on the level of individual software engineer.PSP is also a process improvement methodology aimed at individual software engineering.The concepts,functions and the PSP evolution framework are introduced and analyzed.The relationship between PSP and CMM is shown.
