摘要
统摄与驱动是社会价值的两大功能。社会价值的统摄功能在于以社会价值规范来控制、调整、统一人和社会的价值活动、价值行为 ;社会价值的驱动功能在于通过社会价值规范 ,激发人们投入社会改造 ,使社会运作具有主动性和持久性。
Control and driving are two important functions of social value.Social value's controlling function is to control,adjust and unite people and social value's activities and its value's behaviors with social value's rule.Social value's driving function is to arouse people's enthusiasm to throw themselves into social innovation by social value's rule and make social movement active and permanent.
