摘要
分析了多功能超音速火焰喷涂燃烧过程、燃烧不稳定性 ,设计了燃烧室 ,并计算了燃烧室出口的燃气温度和成分。燃烧室分为基本雾化区、混合气回流区、燃烧区和燃烧产物区 4个区 ,燃烧不稳定性主要与燃烧室压力、燃烧室几何参数、雾化喷嘴的工作参数等有关。燃烧室出口的燃气主要由HO2 、CO、CO2 组成。设计的桶形燃烧室点火性能好 。
The combustion process and combustion instability of multi\|function high velocity oxygen fuel spray system were analyzed to design the combustion chamber, and gas temperature and composition at the chamber exit were calculated. The combustion chamber was divided into four sections such as basic atomization section, gas mixture circumfluence section, combustion section and gas product section. Combustion instability was essentially depended to pressure and geometrical parameter of combustion chamber and parameter of atomization nozzle. Gas of chamber exit was mainly consisted of HO\-2, CO, and CO\-2. Tubby combustion chamber had high ignition reliability and high combustion efficiency.
