硫酸电除尘器处理的烟气含尘量高 ,要求有较高的除尘效率、良好的密封性、较好的绝缘性和保温措施。在设计过程中 ,应充分掌握原料和烟尘性质 ,正确选取有关参数 ;结合工况条件 ,通过模拟试验确定气体分布板的设置 ,极板、极线选型和极间距 ;选用的电源性能与负荷应匹配 ;应详细地考虑热膨胀 ,以保证壳体和内部构件在运行时不变形 ;
The electrostatic precipitator of sulphuric acid plant needs high dust collection efficiency, excellent sealing, and better electrical and thermal insulation to meet high concentration dust. The corresponding measures should be taken in design. The choice of process parameters should be based on characteristic of off-gas and dust. The installation of gas distributor and choice of discharge electrodes and collecting electrodes are made through simulating test. The power source and load should be matched. Thermal expansion should be considered to ensure no deformation of shell and internal occurring in operation. And the unstable operation of plant should be considered.
