摘要
一种实现从小样读入到纹板轧制全部自动化,并解决丝绸提花织物意匠和纹板工艺中的一些技术难题。提花织物纹制工艺自动化系统的原理、软件结构、意匠图生成方法及应用效果。
This paper presents an automatic system of punching pattern cards for jacquard fabric. The system can perform a fully automatic process from reading small samples of graph to punching patter cards, and solve some difficult problems in processing point paper and pattern card of silk fabric. The working principles of this system, software structure, and the method of generating point paper and apllication results are gioen.
