摘要
目的 建立百蕊草总黄酮中黄酮类成分含量测定的方法。方法 以百蕊草素Ⅰ为对照品 ,三氯化铝显色 ,选择波长 4 0 1nm ,分光光度法测定。结果 回归方程 y =- 6 4 5× 10 -3 +2 0 4x(r=0 9999) ,总黄酮含量为 6 1 8% ,RSD为 1 2 3% ,加样回收率为 10 1 3% ,RSD为 1 6 4 %。结论 测定方法简便易行 ,结果较满意 ,可作为百蕊草总黄酮质量控制的方法。
AIM Methods was established for the determinaiton of the Total Flavonoids of Thesium Chinense Turcz. METHODS We determined the Total Flavonoids content by spectrophotometry. RESULTS There was a regressive equation y=-6 45×10 -3 +2 04x( r = 0 999 9 ), the recovery was 101 3% with RSD was 1 64%. CONCLUSION The methods is simple and accurate. It can be used as an quality control method of total flavonoids of Thesium Chinense Turcz.
