摘要
目的 探讨头孢西丁对三代头孢菌素耐药的肠杆菌科细菌的作用。方法 纸片扩散法 (K -B法 )测定头孢西丁对三代头孢菌素耐药的肠杆菌科细菌的敏感性 ;双纸片协同法区分三代头孢菌素耐药的肠杆菌科细菌的耐药类型。结果 对三代头孢菌素的耐药性能被棒酸抑制的肠杆菌科三个菌种对头孢西丁的敏感性有显著差异(χ2=38.76,p<0.001) ;对三代头孢菌素的耐药性能被棒酸抑制与不能被抑制的大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌对头孢西丁的敏感性有显著差异 ( p<0.001,p<0.05) ,前者全部耐药 ;阴沟肠杆菌无显著差异 ( p>0.05)。结论 肠杆菌科细菌对三代头孢菌素的耐药性棒酸不能抑制的 ,头孢西丁作用差 ;棒酸能抑制的有不同的效果。
Objective To evaluate the effect of cefoxitin on enterobacteriaceae that tolerate the 3rd generation of cephalothin. Method The sensitivity of enterobacteriaceae to cefoxitin was determined by K-B method. The type of tolerance to the 3rd generation of cephalothin was determined by double disc synergy test. Results The sensitivity to cefoxitin was significantly different among three species of enterobacteriaceae (χ2=38.76,P<0.001). The sensitivity of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae to cefoxitin and clavulanic acid were different(P<0.001,P<0.05).The Escherichia coli species were all tolerant to cefoxitin . the tolerance of Klebsiella pneumoniae couldn't be suppressed by clavulanic acid. The tolerance of Enterobacter is not difference. Conclusion The effect of cefoxitin on enterobacteriaceae is unsatisfied when the tolerance to 3rd generation cephlosoporins couldn't be suppressed by clavulanic acid. when clavulanic acid had effect the outcome was different.
