摘要
笔者总结 2 7例成人麻疹患者的护理经验 :严格执行呼吸道隔离 ,防止疾病传播 ;及时补充水分及营养 ,促进早日康复 ;加强全身护理 ,防止并发症 ;密切观察病情变化 ,做好高热的处理 ;加强并发症护理 ;做好心理护理 。
The authors in the study summed up the practice in nursing 27 adult measles. They suggest that strict isolation of respiratory tract prevents the measles spreading. Timely supplementation of fluid and nutrition is essential. Close observation and timely treatment should be conducted to control the disease conditions and hyperpyrexia. General nursing should be reinforced to prevent complications. Psychological nursing is also a need to diminish the anxieties of patients.
