摘要
报道立体定向引流术治疗高血压脑出血的围手术期护理。强调术前护理应全面了解病情及详细健康教育 ;术中注意舒适护理 ,严格核对制度及病情观察 ;术后加强血肿腔置管护理 ,维持颅内压稳定 ,有效进行康复训练。
In this paper, the authors investigate nursing of the patients with hypertension intracerebral hemorrhage treated with stereotactic evacuation of intracerebral hematoma. In order to ease the patients' worry about operation, health education before operation was conducted, and the status of the illness should be carefully understood. During operation, patients were posed comfortably and observed closely. After operation, the encephalic pressure was stabilized and the catheter in hemutoma cavity was cared and effective healing exercise were performed. All the measures may play an important role in the process of rehabilitation.
