摘要
目的 针对带有 8位 A/ D转换器 (ADC0 80 9)的单片机温控系统 ,实现宽量程高精度自动测量 .方法 硬件上 ,将总量程均分成 4段 ,每段放大电路设置独立可调的偏置和放大倍数 ,4路信号分别从ADC0 80 9的 4个通道输入 ;软件上 ,通过判别读入的 4路值自动转换量程 ,并显示测量值 .结果 经实验调试 ,用该方法对 (0~ 1 0 0 )℃范围的温度测量时 ,测量误差小于 0 .1℃ ,且实现了自动量程切换 .结论对非线性参量的测量采用该方法后 。
Aim\ To achieve the high (10 bit) precision automatic measurement for widerange non linear parameter ,using an 8 bit A/D convertor (ADC0809). Methods\ In hardware, the range is devided into four equal parts. Each amplifiers with separately adjustable reference point and amplification. Each signal takes up one channel of the ADC0809. The software automatically switches the range by compared four parameters and displays the result. Results\ By way of trial and adjustment, the measuring error can be reduced to less than 0.1 ℃ in the range of (0~100) ℃. Conclusion\ For the measurement of nonlinear parameters(such as temperature)which does not require high response speed, the method can improves the measuring accuracy.
