摘要
作为世界上反倾销的最大受害国之一,我国有必要进一步完善反倾销立法,应当加快机构改革的步伐,完善反倾销的行政与司法救济制度,增强我国企业的出口创汇能力,制裁对我国的非法倾销和反倾销行为。
As one of the most suffered countries in the world, China is necessary to further consummate anti-dumping law by accelerating organization reform, consummating relief system of administration and judicature of anti-dumping in order to increase the ability to export and make foreign exchanges and to punish unlawful dumping and unlawful anti-dumping behavior.
