Synthesis of new dihydropyridines derivatives

摘要 Five new dihydropyridine derivatives were designed and synthesized.They were determined on their inhibitive effect on potential dependent calcium channels(PDC).Five compounds were studied on Ca 2+ antagonistic effect in rat aorta by using 45 Ca transmembrane influx technique.They showed strong inhibitive effect on PDC and better than nifedipine.Preliminary results showed that all of the five compounds possessed Ca 2+ antagonizing activity.
