摘要
目的 :通过银杏叶提取物 (EGb761)对大鼠去神经骨骼肌Ca2 + ATP酶活性影响的观察 ,研究其对去神经骨骼肌的保护作用。 方法 :SpragueDawley大鼠 3 2只 ,随机分为实验 (EGb761)组和对照 (等渗盐水 )组。将左侧坐骨神经切断并切除 0 .5cm后 ,再将神经远、近端分别反折结扎 ,实验组术后经腹腔分别注射EGb76110 0mg/ (kg·d) ,对照组注射同体积的等渗盐水。术后第 4、6周取左侧小腿三头肌 ,测定肌肉中Ca2 + ATP酶活性。 结果 :实验组Ca2 + ATP酶活性于术后 4周及 6周均优于对照组 ( 4周P <0 .0 5 ,6周P <0 .0 1)。 结论 :EGb761能改善大鼠去神经骨骼肌Ca2 + ATP酶活性 。
Objectives:To investigate the protective effect of extract of Ginkgo biloba(EGb761) on Ca 2+ ATPase activity of denervated muscle following sciatic nerve injury in rat in order to prove the protective effect of EGb761 on denervated muscle. Methods:Sciatic nerve severance and both ends ligation at the left leg was made in 32 Sprague Dawley rats. They were divided into two groups and received 100 mg/(kg·d) of EGb761 injection or the same volume of saline respectively. Triceps muscles of left hind leg were harvested at the 4th and the 6th week. Ca 2+ ATPase activity of the muscles was measured. Results:Compared with control group, Ca 2+ ATPase bioactivity of experimental group was higher. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusions:Extract of Ginkgo biloba (EGb761) can improve the activity of Ca 2+ ATPase of denervated muscle. EGb761 might have certain protective effect on denervated muscle.
