隐甲藻发酵产DHA最佳无机盐浓度的确定 被引量:8

摘要 探讨了在摇瓶条件下 ,NaCl、Mg2 +、PO4 3 对隐甲藻生长、油脂和DHA积累的影响 ,确定了它们的最适浓度。NaCl的最适浓度为 0 9g/L ,KH2 PO4 的最适浓度为 0 8g/L ,Mg2 +的最适浓度为12mmol/L ,此时 。 The effect of NaCl and Mg 2+ and PO 4 3 on the growth,oil and DHA accumulation had been studied by shake culture in this article,and the optimum concentration was determined.The optimum NaCl,KH 2PO 4 and Mg 2+ concentration was 0.9 g/L,0.8 g/L and 12 mmol/L respectively.the productivity of unit volume were achieved under this condition.
