摘要
开发了一种用半酯法合成环氧丙烯酸酯型光敏涂料的方法.该法首先使顺丁烯二酸轩与丙烯酸羟乙酯进行开环反应制得半酯化合物,然后使之和环氧树脂或环氧大豆油反应,制得光敏预聚物.以这些光敏预聚物为基,在光敏引发剂和各种活性稀释剂的存在下,制得了代号为EP和SOYA的两种光敏涂料,并对其光固化膜的物性进行了表征.
The synthesis of epoxy acrylate type photosensitive coatings were developed by semi-ester method. The semi-ester was prepared by the reaction of maleic anhydride with hydroxy ethyl acrylate firstly and then the semi-ester was reacted with epoxy compounds such as epoxy resin or epoxy soyaoil to prepare epoxy acrylate type photosensitive prepolymers. Based on these photosensitive perpolymers, in the presence of photoinitiator and various active diluents, two kinds of photosensitive coatings (Ep code and SOYA code) were prepared. The properties of the photocrosslinking films were characterized. The experimental results show that the photocrosslinking films have good photosensitivity, good flexibility and good adhesion.
