巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1α与支气管哮喘 被引量:8

摘要 巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1α(MIP-1α)作为一种C-C趋化因子对各种炎性细胞的特异性趋化和激活在哮喘气道炎症中发挥着重要的作用。当过敏原进入机体后募集和激活多种效应细胞如单核/巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞等到达呼吸道,被激活的细胞合成和释放MIP-1α等趋化因子,MIP-1α等趋化因子又参与激活和趋化T细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞,从而参与了哮喘的发病过程,这是一种循环效应。本文就MIP-1α的生物学特性、生物学效应及其在支气管哮喘中的作用作一综述。
