摘要
目的 :观察天真驻颜丹抗皮肤老化作用。方法 :天真驻颜丹高、中、低剂量灌胃给药 2个月 ,检测血清和皮肤SOD、MDA含量。结果 :老年对照组皮肤和血清SOD明显低于青年组(P <0 .0 1 ) ,皮肤MDA明显高于青年组 (P <0 .0 1 )。高剂量能提高皮肤SOD活性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,中剂量组皮肤和血清SOD活性均有增加 (P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 5 ) ,对皮肤MDA含量的影响以中、低剂量为佳 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :天真驻颜丹抗皮肤老化的主要作用机制是提高SOD活性、降低MDA含量。
Objective: To observe the antiaging functions of Tianzhen Zhuyan Pills. Methods: The pills were to given according to different levels of contents through stomach for two months. The superoxide dismutase (SOD) in serum and skin & the malon dialdehyde (MDA) in skin were to be examined. Results: Obviously, the data of SOD in serum and skin of old rats are lower than those of young rats (P<0.01), while the data of MDA in skin of them are higher than those of the young ones (P<0.01). High contents of Tianzhen Zhuyan Pills can increase the activity of SOD in serum (P<0.50). Medium contents of Tianzhen Zhuyan Pills can also improve the activity of SOD in serum and in skin. Among all the different levels of contents, low conterts are the best choice to influence the level of MDA in skin. Qibao Meiran Pills can decrease the level of contents of MDA in skin (P<0.05). Conclusions: These results suggest that one major antiaging function of Tianzhen Zhuyan Pills works by improving the activity of SOD as well as decrease the contents of MDA.
