摘要
应用3 2 P示踪研究玉米的磷素代谢及分布 ,结果表明 :3 2 P经玉米吸收后 ,代谢各成分所占百分数为 :RNA—3 2 P最多为 6 1.2 6 % ,DNA—3 2 P为 2 3.0 8% ,脂类—3 2 P为 1.32 % ,有机—3 2 P为 13.0 4 % ,无机—3 2 P最小为 1.30 %。整株吸收率与时间成显著正相关。说明磷素在玉米植株体内的转化。
P tracer technique was used to investigate phosphate metabolism and distribution in maize plants. P in RNA, DNA and fat accounted for 61.26%, 23.08%, 1.32%, respectively, of the P assimilated, and the percentage of organic and inorganic P was 13.04% and 1.30%. Most of the assimilated P was found in the root of the plants, followed by the stem and the lateral leaves.
