摘要 高红外粉末涂层快速固化炉具有被烘烤物体温度分布均匀、能耗低、生产效率高、投资少、占地面积小等一系列优点,备受国内外关注。本文主要介绍高红外技术的基本原理、技术装备以及本公司开发的高红外技术在铝材涂层固化领域中的实际应用效果。 The high infrared quick curing oven for powder coat has a lot of advantages such as uniform temperature distribution of the baked objects,low energy consumption,high productivity,low investment cost and smaller site area,which has aroused general attention at home and abroad.This paper mainly expounds the basic principle and technical equipment of high infrared technology as well as the practical application results of the high infrared curing ovens developed by our company in the field of aluminum products coating.
