摘要
分析风险的危害性和可控性,并提出化解风险,准确评价的原则和对策,同时还提出了通过完善配套法规、分类建立党政领导干部经济责任量化指标 ,形成规范的评价标准等建议。
The paper analyses the jeopardization and controllablization of risks, puts forward the principles and strategy of dissolving risks and accurately appraising, at the same time also puts forward suggestions of forming standard appraisable norm through perfecting a complete set of laws and regulations, setting up classified quantifying quotas of economical responsibility of leading cadres of the Party and govemment.
