摘要
SDF-1α/CXCR4轴的生物学功能在血管生成过程中发挥着重要而复杂的调控作用,与脑缺血再灌注后微血管生成密切相关,对其进一步深入研究有助于为临床相关治疗手段提供新的理论依据。本文从SDF-1α/CXCR4轴的结构、分布、功能、表达、转导途径、相关趋化细胞及调节因子等方面,就近几年有关SDF-1α/CXCR4轴对脑缺血再灌注后微血管生成机制的研究做一综述,并对存在的问题进行讨论。
The biological function of SDF - 1α/CXCR4 axis, which plays an important and complicated control effects in the process of angiogenesis, is closely related to the microvascular generation after cerebral ischemia reperfusion, and its further research will provides a new theoretical basis for the clinical treatment. In this review, we summarized the investigations about the role of SDF - 1α/CXCR4 axis in microvascular generation after cerebral ischemia reperfusion, including the structure, distribution, function, expression, transduction pathways, related chemotactic cells and factors of SDF - 1α/CXCR4 axis, etc, as well as some existing problems in research were discussed.
