摘要
采用改进的非线性Bingham模型,对掺入3类不同聚羧酸系减水剂的磨细矿渣复合浆体的流变特性进行了试验研究。结果表明:在聚羧酸系减水剂作用下,矿渣复合浆体的流变参数与净浆流动度呈负指数函数关系或线性关系;相对于常规聚羧酸系减水剂,流动度变化对早强型聚羧酸系减水剂复合浆体屈服应力的影响较大、对塑性粘度和触变性的影响较小;相同流动度条件下,掺醚类聚羧酸系减水剂复合浆体的屈服应力较小,塑性粘度、触变性及最大剪切应力较大。
The rheological properties of compound pastes with large volume of ground granulated blast furnace slag ( GBFS ) mixed with 3 types of polycarboxylate superplasticizer were tested and comparatively analyzed by a nonlinear modified Bingham model. The results indicate that the relationship between rheological parameters and cement paste fluidity is a negative exponen-tial function or a liner function. Relative to common polycarboxylate superplasticizer, variation of cement paste fluidity exerts a higher impact on yield stress of the compound pastes mixed with early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer, but less impact on its plastic viscosity and thixotropy;in the case of same fluidity, the yield stress of compound pastes with ether-type polycar-boxylate superplasticizer is relatively smaller, while its plastic viscosity, thixotropy and maximum shear stress are larger.
