2010年北太平洋柔鱼渔场浮游动物多样性 被引量:9

摘要 作为我国远洋渔业重点开发区域之一,北太平洋柔鱼(Ommastrephes bartram)渔场渔业资源可持续开发利用对于维持远洋渔业具有十分重要的作用。为研究该海域浮游动物多样性及其与渔获产量之间的关系,于2010年6~9月搭载舟山海洋渔业公司生产船在西部渔场(152°~159°E,38°~45°N)以及东部渔场(176°E^171°W,38°~41°N)共计51站位进行了表层浮游动物取样以及表层水文环境资料调查。通过显微镜检分析,共得到34科44属89种浮游动物(不含鱼卵、仔鱼以及浮游幼虫种类),其中东部渔场35种,西部渔场83种,以桡足类、背囊类、毛颚类及水母类为主要组成大类,物种以广温广盐性暖水种居多,优势物种为:小拟哲水蚤(Paracalanus parvus)、软拟海樽(Dolioetta gegenbauri)、强额拟哲水蚤(Paracalanus crassirostris)、中华哲水蚤(Calanus sinicus)、异体住囊虫(Oikopleura dioica)等。调查期间,西部渔场表层海水平均温度(19.4℃)、平均生物量(485.13 mg/m3)以及平均丰度(801 ind/m3)显著高于东部渔场对应参数平均值(分别为:14.2℃,98.13 mg/m3,123 ind/m3),经过分析得出:(1)调查区域内黑潮水的强势是造成暖水物种居多的主要环境因素;(2)渔获产量与生物量对数之间具有较好的拟合,并结合拟合曲线相应的给出其一定概率下的回归区间以及预测区间,可为评估该区域渔业资源量提供一定的参考。 As one of the most significant high sea fisheries, North Pacific fishing ground (Ommastrephes bartram) is paid more and more attention on its fishery sustainability for keeping the fishing yield. To clarify the relationship between zooplankton biodiversity and fishing yields, Investigation on zooplankton, sea surface environmental parameters ( temperature, salinity, and chlorophyll a) was carried out on the West fishing ground ( 152 ° - 159 ° E,38 ° - 45 ° N) and East fishing ground ( 176°E ° 171°W,38° - 41°N) by the fleet of Ocean fishery Company, Zhoushan, between June to September, 2010. Thirty-five taxa in East fishing ground and eighty-three taxa in West fishing ground in Thir- ty-four families, A total of 44 genus including 89 taxa ( excluding fish eggs, young fish and larva zooplankton) were i- dentified by the microscope method, in which 35 taxa belonging to the East fishing ground and 83 taxa belonging to the West fishing ground. Warm-species in euryhaline and eurythermal zooplankton can be mainly divided into Copepo-da, Tunicata, Chaetognatha, Medusae, and others, in which the most dominant species were Paracalanus parvus, Dolioetta gegenbauri, Paracalanus crassirostris, Calanus sinicus, Oikopleura dioica. The mean sea surface temperature ( 19.4 °C ), the mean zooplankton biomass (485.13 mg/m3 ) and mean abundance ( 123 ind/m3 ) of West fishing ground were significant high than that (801 ind/m3and 14.2 °C ,98.13 mg/m3) of East fishing ground (P 〈0.05 ), From the analysis above, we conclude : ( 1 ) the fishing ground strongly influenced by the Kuroshio Current water mainly was dominated by the warm species during the sampling period. (2) the equator can be well regressed the re- lationship between fish yield (t) and zooplankton biomass (b), and the regressed area and predicting area under the 95% confident probability have been given followed the regress line, which could play certain roles in estimating fishing resources.
