摘要
运用波特五力模型,分析大数据时代旅行社电子商务的现状,发现五种力量从不同的方向影响着旅行社电子商务的竞争结构,其中,新的竞争对手入侵的能力较强,替代品的威胁变小,买方议价能力较强,卖方议价能力较弱,行业内的竞争较大。
Using the potter five models,analysing the present situation of the travel agency electronic commerce in the era of big data,the author found that five forces affect travel agencies’competitive structure of electronic commerce from different direc-tions.Among them,the new competitors invasion ability is stronger.The threat of substitutes becomes smaller.The buyer bar-gaining power is stronger.The seller's bargaining power is weak.The competition within the industry is fierce.
