摘要 无线智能电表是一个具有复杂电磁干扰的系统,为了提高其计量精度,文中从开关电源、射频单元及PCB 3个方面的EMI抑制入手,提出了硬件软件相结合的综合性EMC解决方案,主要包括滤波、接地、PCB设计、隔离技术、软件看门狗、中值滤波等措施,有效降低了EMI影响。经过试验,在给定的实验条件下没有击穿与飞弧现象,计量精度为0.2级,符合国家DL/T645-1997、GB/T17215-1998、DL/T614-1997标准,系统具有较好的的EMC特性,对无线智能电表等具有复杂电磁环境仪器仪表的研发具有重要价值。 Wireless smart meter is a system with complex electromagnetic interference (EMI).In order to reduce its EMI and improve its measurement precision,this paper proposed a comprehensive EMC solution by combining hardware with software based on the three aspects of switching power supply,radio frequency unit and PCB.The solution included filtering,grounding,PCB design,isolation technology,software watchdog and median filtering,which effectively reduced the EMI effect.The result of experiment and test shows that,under the given experimental condition,the system does not breakdown or flash,and its measuring accuracy is up to 0.2 S.Therefore this system is conformed to the national standard of DL/T645-1997,GB/T17215-1998 and DL/T614 1997,and it has good EMC characteristics.It is of important value for the research and development of instruments with complex electromagnetic environment similar to wireless smart meters.
