摘要 基于梯级水电厂的优化运行原则 ,综合考虑避免机组频繁启停、厂间联合躲避振动区等因素 ,较为详细地分析了清江梯级水电厂自动发电控制 ( AGC)实现过程中必须考虑的工程化因素 ,提出了一种实用的梯级水电厂 AGC优化运行算法 ,包括机组开停机和厂间负荷分配算法。在此基础上设计的 On the basis of the principles of optimal operation of cascade hydropower stations and in consideration of frequent starting stopping of hydropower units and vibration, a utility operation algorithm of automatic generation control (AGC) of cascade hydropower stations is proposed. The engineering factors which must be considered during implementation of AGC for the Qingjiang cascade hydropower station are particularly analyzed and the starting stopping of hydropower units and load distribution between hydropower stations are considered. The AGC software based on the above algorithm has been successfully applied to the Qingjiang cascade hydropower station.
