摘要
就我国南方灌区供水水价改革的必要性、紧迫性及其基本思路、原则与方法进行了探讨 ,认为南方灌区供水水价改革要与时俱进 。
This paper discussed the necessity,the urgency,the primary thought,the principle and the measurement of the water supply price reform of the southern irrigation areas.In order to make these irrigation areas run better,we think the reform must be made as the era progresses.
