摘要
根据微粒子设计的原理 ,通过使用搅拌磨和干式冲击设备在微米级 (d50 为 5 0 μm )的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)微球上包覆一层纳米级 (d50 为 10 0nm)的TiO2 粒子 ,并用扫描电镜观察了所得微粒子的形貌 ,用紫外分光光度仪扫描了其紫外吸收谱图 ,发现经复合后的纳米TiO2 粒子的分散性得到明显改善 ,且经复合处理后TiO2 粒子的紫外吸收能力增强了 3倍~ 10倍。并介绍了该复合粒子在化妆品中的应用。
The mechanical modifying equipment is used to prepare compounded micro-spheres from micro-PMMA particles (d 50 =50 μm) and TiO 2 nano-particles (d 50 =100 nm).The SEM is used to observe the images of particles and a spectrophotometeris used to obtain UV-absorb spectrum.Herein the disperbility of TiO 2 nano-particles in compounded particles is observably improved and the uv-absorbability of compounded particles is remarkably improved about 3~10 times.Additionally,It's applications in cosmetic are introduced.
