摘要
目前国内还没有现场设备实时维护系统 ,传统工厂设备的管理维护工作一般均是基于经验进行的。本文定义了能够实现现场设备主动维护模式的现场设备实时维护系统应该具有的功能 ,提出了系统的软件体系结构、操作界面组织。介绍了用VisualC + +和SQLServer数据库管理系统设计现场设备实时管理系统的步骤、设计内容、设计方法 。
None of a real time maintenance system for field intelligent devices has been developed in China till now,and people maintain these field devices according to their experience in a traditional way.Under this situation,the paper focuses its research attention on a real time maintenance system for field intelligent devices.A function set for real time system is defined which can support the maintenance of field intelligent devices on its own initiative. The software's architecture and framework of HMI are brought forward.The developing issues including the steps,content,method of designing a prototype real time maintenance system with Visual C++ and SQL Server are described in detail.Some key techniques for remote maintenance operating is also discussed.
