摘要
目的 探讨婴儿肺炎心电图QRS T波改变。方法 采用日本光电 6 5 11型心电图仪对 189例 1月～ 12月肺炎患儿进行心电图检查 ,将结果与正常婴儿心电图V1导联RST波值进行比较。结果 肺炎患儿V1导联R、S波振幅较健康婴儿低 ,T波倒置较健康婴儿深 ,差异有显著意义。结论 肺炎对婴儿心脏有一定影响 。
Objective To explore the changes of electrocardiogram QRS T waves of pneumonia infants.Mothods 189 pneumonia infants aged 1～12 month were measured with 6511 model cardioscope and their values of RST waves in V 1 were compared with those of normal infants.Result The values of R?S waves of the pneumonia infants were lower than those of the normal group;the T wave's inversion of the former is deeper than that of the latter.These differences are obvious.Conclusion Pneumonia is influential to infant's heart.Treating the infants with pheumonia their electrocardiagrams shoald be measured.
