摘要
利用基于信息扩散理论的风险分析方法 ,对洪水灾害进行了风险分析 .该方法简单易行 ,分析结果意义清楚 。
Flood disaster is analyzed by means of the method of risk analysis based on theory of news spread. The method is simple, and meaning of result is clear, which is of certain guidance effect for the disaster prevention.
