摘要
目的 :探讨胃癌中三种一氧化氮合酶的表达在胃癌发生、发展中的意义。方法 :分别选取胃癌标本 98例、正常及良性病变胃组织标本 10例。所有标本以SABC法进行三种NOS鼠单克隆抗体免疫组织化学染色。结果 :nNOS、eNOS和iNOS在正常及良性病变胃组织中均可见不同程度的表达 ,NOS在癌旁胃组织中的表达明显高于正常及癌组织 ,nNOS、eNOS和iNOS阳性率分别为 2 8.6 % (2 8例 )、4 9.1% (48例 )及 5 0 .0 % (49例 )。高分化腺癌中eNOS和iNOS的阳性率明显高于nNOS ,而在其它类型癌组织中无明显差异。结论 :NO是胃癌发生的重要的促发因素之一。三种NOS在不同类型癌组织中的不同表达 ,反映了肿瘤的异质性特点。
Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of NOS in gastric carcinoma during its genesis and development.Methods:98 samples of gastric carcinoma and 10 samples of normal gastric tissue were harvested from February 1998 to April 2000 and the latter were as controls.All samples were routine formaldehyde fixed, paraffin embedded sections. Immunohistochemical staining (SABC method) was employed to detect the expressions of nNOS,eNOS and iNOS in all samples.Results:Three kinds of NOS showed positive expression in normal and benign lesions gastric tissues with different degree. NOS expressions in gastric tissues by the side of carcinoma were remarkably higher than normal and carcinoma tissues. The positive rate of nNOS,eNOS and iNOS were 28.6%(28 cases),49.1%(48 cases )and 50.0% (49 cases) respectively.The expression of eNOS and iNOS in adenocarcinomas high differentiated were remarkably higher than nNOS but in other kinds of carcinoma tissues,there were no remarkable differences.Conclusion:NO is one of very important promoted factors in carcinogenesis and development.The different expressions of NOS in different kinds of carcinomas reflect the characteristic of the carcinomas.
