摘要
作者用成人尸体50侧(男32例,女18侧),测量分析了了腰大肌支的来源、支数、分布型式,起点横径及穿经腰大肌神经在肌实质内长度和横径。同时分析了肌支起点、穿经肌实质神经与相应腰椎椎根、横突的关系,进而对诊治由腰大肌急性损伤引起的急性腰腿痛实行封闭麻醉选择确切的部位进行了探讨。
The origin, number and transverse diameter of greater psoa muscular branches, and nerves through the muscles were inv- estigated on 50 adult cadavers (32 males and 18 females) The locat- ion of close anesthesia for lumbago and sciatica caused by injnred greater psoa muscular branches was carefully studied.
