摘要
本文报道经手术保牌的23例病人其结果是2例成功,21例失败。分析手术保脾失败的原因,主要有三方面。(1)伤情复杂而严重,没有足够的时间来手术保脾。(2)脾周血管解剖不熟悉。(3)修补材料应用不当和修补技术不熟练等。
In this paper,we report the Surgical results in 23 pa- tients who suffered from traumatrc ruptured spleen, Two of them were successful, the others failed. The failure can be explained on the following three points, (1)Complex and severe iniuries, and no enough time for surgical management, (2) unfamiliar with the vascular anatomy at perispleen, (3) Repairing materials used being unsuitable and the technique being ine xpert,
